Scotton park Homes  has been carefully and sympathetically developed to offer a high standard of comfort and cleanliness for the most discerning of guests.

Set in Lower Nidderdale, it offers a gateway to the Yorkshire Dales and the many attractions of the whole of the North of England. The park, with its easy access over tarmac roads is surrounded by mature trees and hedges. It is sunny yet well sheltered.

Each holiday home is situated on a landscaped pitch, with a balcony or outside sitting area, and a gravel driveway. A laundrette is also located on site with both washing machines and tumble driers.

Caravans to Hire

Our holiday hire fleet are equipped to English Tourist Board standards. Each unit is a modern luxury model connected to all mains services. There is no extra cost for electricity. The bathroom has a shower, flush toilets and hand wash basin.

Bedding, pillows and tea-towels can be provided if required, but they will be subject to a laundry charge. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, full size gas cooker, cutlery, crockery and utensils. The large comfortable lounge has a colour television set, DVD player and gas fire. Each holiday home has the benefit of uPVC double-glazing and gas-fired central heating.

Terms are usually weekly (Saturday to Saturday), however, early and late season weekend or mid week breaks may be arranged.
